The rules for using Bulin 47 AI and the videos you make with it

About these terms

These terms cover your use of Bulin 47 AI at bulin47ia.net. By creating an account or making a video you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Bulin 47 AI is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or their labels. Their names are used only to describe the trend the tool is built for.

What the service does

You upload a photo, and an AI model generates a short video in which the person in the photo performs the viral freestyle. Results are produced automatically and can contain mistakes, such as a face that does not look exactly like the photo.

Photos you may upload

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of an adult who has clearly agreed that you can use their face. You may not upload photos of:

  • celebrities, politicians or other public figures;
  • anyone under 18;
  • anyone who has not agreed, including friends, partners or strangers.

You must not use the service to make videos that are sexual, hateful, harassing, deceptive (for example, pretending a real person said or did something) or illegal. We may remove such videos, refuse service and close accounts without a refund.

Labeling AI videos

The videos are made with AI. When you post them, say so in the caption or use the platform's AI label. Do not present them as real footage.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in your photos. You give us permission to process them only to make your videos and run the service. The generated videos are for your personal, non-commercial use: they include material from the original clip and sound, which belong to their owners.

If you own content that appears in the service, or you see a video of yourself that you did not agree to, email support@bulin47ia.net with a link or description and how to reach you. We act on valid requests within 48 hours.

Credits and payments

Videos cost credits. Prices, plans and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page. Credits have no cash value. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but AI providers can be slow or unavailable, and we may change or stop the service. If a video fails, its credits are returned.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.
